I learned the importance of my thinking and how my thoughts affect how I show up in all areas of my life, including my relationships and work.

I learned what I was “doing wrong” in my search for love and how to get out of my own way. I made the mental changes needed to not only attract, but to also recognize, the Godly man I wanted. I trusted God to lead me to this man that I desired in my heart and can now discern for marriage.

I have paid off over $8,000 in credit card debt only to pile it back on again, not once but twice, and finally make the internal shift that I needed to keep it paid off for good.

I increased my annual income, set up an emergency fund, doubled my retirement account all during a pandemic and learned how to have money instead of a burning desire to spend it as soon as it hit my bank account.

I uncovered the lies that I was telling myself that were keeping me trapped in a circle leading to nowhere.

I learned how to become aware and begin to change the scarcity mindset thinking that was limiting everything that I was doing in life.

I became a consistent tither and learned to not only trust God, but also receive his blessings for obeying his word.

I threw out the perfectionism that kept me stuck in a place of inaction to a place of taking chances, risks and trusting Christ.

I knew through the growth I received in coaching in my own life that there was so much more.

​

I dared to believe in myself and who God says I am. I became open to receive the unique gifts and charisms that God has given me to share with others.

I took a leap of faith, stepped out of the boat and onto the water to become a professionally trained Catholic Life Coach.

​

I have been extensively and professionally trained by the very best Catholic Coaching program there is. One of my best decisions in life was joining Metanoia Catholic’s Purgative Way.

​

I help my clients go way beyond the secular method of "swapping a negative thought for a positive thought” to a deeper spiritual awareness, connection and place of true happiness. This shift in beliefs is not only life changing, but at times an inner healing.

I believe this is my calling.

Like Joan of Arc, who fought for God on the battlefield, my battlefield is the mind. This is where I am working to take back territory for God.

By helping my clients take every thought captive to Christ, I am a conduit to lead them to a greater good, a deeper interior/spiritual life and getting unstuck to live out the blessed life that God has just waiting for them to receive.
